Hassua puhetta mieheltä, joka omisti elämänsä terveydenhuollon järjestämiseen Afrikassa osasyynä hänen tuntemasta syyllisyydestä valkoisen miehen aiheuttamaan kärsimykseen. Samaan aikaan hän arvosteli Euroopan siirtomaaherruutta naiiviksi ja absurdiksi.
